E-Fax

Baritrax360 includes an integrated E-Fax solution. We provide your practice with a local fax number that feeds directly into the software. Faxes received in Baritrax360 are treated similarly to e-mail. They arrive in an Inbox as unread. Once read, the faxes can be filed into a patient record, commented on, categorized or assigned to a user in your practice.

We also support outgoing faxes. Documents from our merge system or files stored in the storage locked can be easily faxed out with just a couple of clicks. The system allows you to easily select a Fax number attached to a patient or to use one of your other predefined presets. You can also type in a fax number to send to.
