Document Mail Merge

Creating H&P’s, Op Reports and Patient Letters has never been easier. Baritrax360 includes a document template system that allows you to build all of your document templates with your logo and letterhead while also bringing in patient data. We have over 300 mail merge data points within the patient record that can be merged in.

Once a document is created, we have a built in signature pad that allows the patient or doctor to sign using either the mouse or a touch screen.

Documents in Baritrax360 can be easily converted to PDF’s or even faxed using our E-Fax solution.
